A character set designed under the theme of ambient music. We were inspired by the calm, almost background, style ambient music has and the similarities it shares with the sounds of nature.
The letterforms were made from collecting fallen pieces of Stone pine trees in Montjuic during December in Barcelona. Small changes were made to make the letters more legible but we kept the forms as close to the original as possible.
Using the character set, I designed the album cover design for Languoria by Sofie Birch and Antonina Nowacka.
